Holly & Charlie

People always ask us, what is the craziest wedding you’ve ever been to, and we never really had a good story to tell. Well that was until last summer and Holly & Charlies’ wedding. Holly & Charlie had planned a church ceremony in their home village of Bosham with the reception being held around the corner at a local farm. Holly & Charlie had rented out a field on the farm for a marquee and had spent most of the previous evening styling it to perfection.

However, the weather had decided that that wasn’t going to be and during the night before their wedding winds had reached highs of 50mph and tore their marquee down.

With all hands on board, family, friends and local villagers clambered to get all the tableware and decorations into the safety of a barn. The first we heard of Holly & Charlie’s disaster was when Holly emailed at 4am explaining everything that had happened, at that point she had left Charlie and the groomsmen sorting out a plan as she was just going to bed. (Can you imagine 4am the night before your wedding!)

But the outcome was truly incredible! Take a look for yourself.
